Expand your training by adding a cable pulley system to any of our X-GYM High Squat Racks. Featuring a 1:1 ratio, this means any weight added to the weight pegs is exactly the weight you will be lifting when performing lat pull-downs, low rows, or any of your cable exercises. Two attachment points, one high and one low, allow you to add a large variety of cable exercises to your rack.



Total height when attached to any High Squat Rack = 92.5"

Included with this product:

  • High/Low Plate Loaded Cable Attachment
  • Cross-member to mount to High Squat Rack (required, replaces pullup bar option)
  • One Lat Bar
  • One pair Short Strap Handle 


*XG-CAHL Boom must bolt to the included rectangular cross (not compatible with Single, Double, Triple, Multi-grip, or Ninja, Crosses)

*Weight peg length = 7.3 inches (186 mm) on each side (use to determine weight capacity based on thickness of weight plates being used)

*Kit includes the required cross-member needed to mount the cable attachment to any X-GYM High Squat Rack or Power Rack. If you have an existing pull-up bar, this included cross-member will replace it.
